Who can sell
Banjara Store is for the people who make the craft.
- You make the products yourself, or with your family or a group of artisans you work with.
- Every product is handmade. We don't accept factory-made or resold goods.
- You give us a working phone number so our team can verify your shop and reach you about orders.
Listing your products
A good listing helps buyers fall in love with your work.
- Use clear, well-lit photos of the actual piece. No stock images or photos taken from other sites.
- Describe the size, materials and colours honestly, and mention any natural variation in handwork.
- Set a fair price you are happy with. You decide your prices; we never change them without asking you.
- Keep your stock count up to date so buyers don't order something you no longer have.
Orders and shipping
Quick, careful delivery brings buyers back.
- Confirm new orders quickly and pack them as soon as you can. If an order will take longer, let us know so we can tell the buyer.
- Pack every piece so it can't be crushed, bent or damaged in transit. Mirror work and jewellery need extra care.
- If you can't fulfil an order, tell us straight away so we can let the buyer know.
Quality and returns
Buyers should get exactly what they saw.
- What the buyer receives must match the photos and description in your listing.
- Buyers can return a product within 7 days if it arrives damaged or isn't as described.
- Repeated returns for the same problem may lead to a listing being paused while we work it out with you.
What you can't sell
These items are never allowed on Banjara Store.
- Products made from banned animal parts, such as ivory, real coral, or protected wildlife.
- Copies of another artisan's or brand's designs passed off as your own.
- Anything illegal, unsafe, or offensive.
Respect and fair play
Trust is what keeps this marketplace working for everyone.
- Be polite and honest with buyers and with our team.
- Keep orders on Banjara Store. Don't ask buyers to pay you outside the platform.
- Shops that break these guidelines may be paused or removed. We will always contact you first and explain why.
